Pittsburgh Professional Women invites all organizations, corporations, companies, teams, and individuals in the community to attend an important discussion on allyship in today's workplace. We're looking forward to addressing one of the most pressing issues in modern work environments, how to advocate and support marginalized colleagues, friends, and members of the community. This timely discussion with Jennifer Kennedy will cover the mindset and actions necessary for us all to become better allies in the workplace and the community.

Jennifer Kennedy is a certified Step into Your Moxie® facilitator and a Credentialed ATD Master Trainer. With a passion for transforming workplace communication, Jennifer helps organizations overcome communication challenges, resolve team conflicts, create healthy cultures, and amplify their impact. Her journey began as a volunteer teaching English to Mexican migrant farm workers in Ohio, where she witnessed the transformative power of education. Jennifer’s dedication has earned her accolades such as the HR One Award from UPMC and the Teacher of the Year Award.
