Welcome to Pittsburgh Professional Women! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website, services, and events. Pittsburgh Professional Women (“PPW”) is a division of Beth Caldwell Communications LLC (“BCC”), and all services, events, and communications provided by PPW are governed by the policies and procedures of BCC.

  • "We," "us," or "our" refers to Pittsburgh Professional Women.

  • "You" refers to the individual or entity using our services or visiting our website.

 

Use of Website and Services

You agree to use our website and services in a manner that is lawful and respectful. Misuse of our site, including unauthorized use of our content or attempting to disrupt the functionality of the site, is strictly prohibited.​

 

Event Registrations and Payments

  • Membership Dues and event registrations are considered final once payment is received.

  • If you find yourself unable to attend an event, consider send ing a team member or colleague in your place. If there is more than a 48-hour notice, contact Pittsburgh Professional Women to arrange to gift your ticket to a woman who would otherwise not be able to attend. 

  • Tickets or registrations may not be resold without our prior approval.

Health and Safety Policy
To ensure a safe and healthy environment for all attendees:

  • If you are feeling unwell, or if you or anyone you’ve had close contact with (within 6 feet) has been ill recently, we kindly ask that you refrain from attending.

  • Please avoid attending if you are experiencing symptoms such as coughing or sneezing.

  • Upon arrival, we encourage all attendees to wash their hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 60 seconds before engaging in physical contact, such as shaking hands.

By participating in Pittsburgh Professional Women’s events or services, you agree to:

  • Refrain from disruptive, offensive, or discriminatory behavior.

We reserve the right to remove individuals from events or services who fail to adhere to this Code of Conduct.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pittsburgh Professional Women and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, services, events, in-person or virtual meetings.
